If you need to return an item to us, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us by CLICKING HERE first so that we know that it is coming back.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were supplied in. All packaging must be unopened (for example sealed plastic bags containing parts) and we ask that you take good care of the item whilst in your possesion. Please also ensure that the item is well packaged - you can used the same packaging that it came in.
Returns costs are payable by you but a full refund will be issued by the same method as the original payment was made when the item is delivered back to us and checked over. My item has arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered; What should I do?
We check all items before passing them for sale and again before despatch but if your item does arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please CLICK HERE to email us with a quick description of the issue and we'll help resolve it. If we have stock or access to another item, we can send a replacement or provide a full refund if not.
