Shipping
Orders are despatched the same day if ordered before 1pm or the next working day if ordered after. On average, you should receive your parcel between 1 and 3 working days later. For most international parcels, it's between 5 and 15 working days depending on destination. Parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Returns
If you wish to return your item, no problem, you can do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Any item returned must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original, unopened packaging. Returns costs are payable by the customer.
