What payment methods do you accept?

 Paypal and all major Debit / Credit cards. 
 
 

Are your models new or used?

Most of our items on this site are brand new although we do list pre-owned items. If anything is pre-owned, it will be mentioned on the listing along with a description of the items condition.

 



What carrier is used to send items?

We generally use Royal Mail for most orders. For International customers, this means that your parcel will be delivered by your local postal services or courier. For larger items, we can use a courier such as DPD or UPS.
 



Will there be a Tacking Number?

The vast majority of our items feature tracked or signed shipping as standard ( for all items £15 and over). Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of despatch. 
 



How long will it take for my item to be despatched?

We aim to despatch all orders the same day (Monday - Friday) if placed before 14:00 or the next working day if ordered after 14:00. An email will be sent to you to confirm that the order is being processed which will also state the expected despatch date.
 



How long will it take to get my item?

Within the UK, most orders are delivered between 1 and 3 working days after despatch. For European orders it's usually between 5 and 10 working days and for all other destinations it's about 7 - 15 working days. Sometimes there are variations due to the operations of the carriers.

 



What if my item hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time?

Delays can and do occur occasionally. The Postal Services do not guarantee delivery times but you can check the progress of your parcel using the tracking info sent on the despatch notification email. You can always email us if you need any help. 
 



Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return an item to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be unused and packaging must be unopened (where it cannot be re-sealed). Returns costs are payable by yourself or by us if the item is incorrect, damaged or not as described.

 



What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We check all items before passing them for sale and again before despatch but if your item does arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please CLICK HERE to email us with a quick description and we'll be happy to help. If we have stock or access to another item, we can send a replacement or provide a full refund if not.
