What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheques / Postal Orders (£'s only), Debit & Creidt cards via Paypal
Are your models new or used?
All items on this website are new from manufacturer distributors. We have an eBay shop where there are a mixed of new and used items but each will have it's condition listed.
What carrier is used to send items?
We generally use Royal Mail standard services. For International customers, this means that your parcel will be delivered by your local postal services. For larger items, we can use a courier such as Hermes, UPS or Fedex.
Will there be a Tacking Number?
If you require a tracking number, please select 'Recorded Delivery' in the UK or 'International Signed For' if you are outside of the UK.
How long will it take for my item to be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders the same day (Monday - Friday) if placed before 12:00pm or the next working day if ordered after 12pm. A message will be sent to you to confirm when it has been despatched.
How long will it take to get my item?

What if my item hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time?
Delays can and do occur. The Postal Services do not consider a parcel to be lost until 3 weeks after the expected delivery time so please be patient. If you have opted to pay for a fully trackable service, we can provide an update if required.
We usually advise to check with your local Post Delivery office as post services do not always leave a calling card if you are not available during delivery. Please alsoo check with your neihgbours as a number of customers have found that they have taken delivery on their behalf.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return an item to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be unused and packaging must be unopened (where it cannot be re-sealed). Returns costs are payable by yourself or by us if the item is incorrect, damaged or not as described.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
We check all items before passing them for sale and again before despatch but if your item does arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please CLICK HERE to email us with a quick description and we'll help resolve the issue. If we have stock or access to another item, we can send a replacement or provide a full refund if not.
